This is project dependent. We can assure that we work to the best of our ability to have your project completed in a timely manner.

“How do you handle project changes or unexpected costs?”

On estimated projects we provide an overage allowance that is pre-agreed upon between Bird Dog Construction & Clients. All project changes and unforeseen costs are approved by the client PRIOR to the completion of the work.

“Who will be on-site managing the project day to day?”

Each project is assigned a supervisor that will coordinate with the client and owners.
